IS THE BOYFRIEND SCENT THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL?
Yes! We worked so hard to stay true to the original Boyfriend scent that you all know and love. Due to beauty industry regulations, we did have to change some ingredients in the formula but feel we were able to create an identical scent.
DO THE BOYFRIEND SPRAY AND ROLLERBALL SMELL THE SAME?
Both the spray and rollerball oil are made with the same fragrance formula and concentration. The alcohol in the spray makes certain notes pop more than others, while the almond oil in the rollerball softens certain notes. Ultimately, how the scent smells varies from person to person and comes down to your body chemistry.
ARE BOYFRIEND FRAGRANCES VEGAN?
Yes! All Boyfriend fragrances are formulated to be clean, vegan, cruelty free and BPA free.
WHERE IS BOYFRIEND MANUFACTURED?
Boyfriend fragrances are formulated, manufactured, and packaged in the United States.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Due to shipping regulations we are unable to ship any products that contain alcohol internationally (with exception to Canada and Mexico). This includes the Boyfriend Eau de Parfum and sets including it. Below is a complete list of products that are able to be shipped overseas:

I PURCHASED SOMETHING ON PRE-ORDER - WHAT NOW?
If your order contains a pre-order product, please note that we will hold the ENTIRE ORDER until the pre-order item is available to ship. Payments for orders containing a pre-order item will be charged at the time of placement. Unfortunately during this time we cannot split or combine any orders. If you have not placed your order yet and would like your non pre-order items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders will ship out within 2 - 3 business days of placing your order. A shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent out as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow 24 - 48 hours once you receive this link for tracking details to update.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order at boyfriendperfume.com prior to finalizing your purchase at checkout. In the event of receiving a defective item, a replacement will be issued in lieu of a refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
If you receive a defective item, we will send a replacement if contacted within 14 days from the day you received your item. Include your order # and photos of the defective item in your request. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped, you can contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. You cannot cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, regardless of shipping status. The orders are processed instantly and are fulfilled within 1 business day in most cases. If you need to cancel, you can use our live chat during business hours, visit our contact page, or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I'M ALLERGIC! CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once a product has been opened, we are not able to accept it as a return. We encourage all of our customers to purchase a Boyfriend Sampler first before committing to a full sized bottle.
I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM BY MISTAKE. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can email us at email@example.com with your order # and the correction and we will do our best to update it for you. We will not be able to make any changes to an order if the shipping label has already been printed.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. HOW DO I DO THAT?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or by visiting our contact page. Be sure to Include your order # and corrected address.
We will not be able to make changes if a shipping label has been created, or an order has shipped. If this is the case, you will need to contact the carrier to inquire about making any adjustments to delivery.
If a wrong address is entered, Boyfriend is not responsible for packages that are shipped and delivered to the wrong address, and refunds or replacements will not be provided.
Please double check all information before placing an order and again when you receive your confirmation email.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When the order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number as well as your order details. You can also sign up to receive notifications via text or Facebook Messenger when placing your order.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments are processed in USD at the time of checkout. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Wallet, and Klarna.

For US customers, we offer an online payment option that allows customers to pay in 4 interest-free installments over the course of 6 weeks, for orders between $35 and $2500. Your first installment payment is taken out when your order is placed (you can review the payment schedule at checkout).
If your automatic payment fails and you do not update your card details, Klarna may charge you a late fee up to $10.00 USD per installment payment. Klarna sends email reminders before an installment payment is due and you’ll also receive an email if the payment was unsuccessful.

ARE CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES INCLUDED IN THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE?
Unfortunately at this time, duties (customs tariffs) and taxes (VAT) fees are not included in the cost of your order and Boyfriend cannot reimburse for these costs. All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes.
For international shipments (excluding Canada), we are only able to ship DDU (Delivery Duty UnPaid). You will be responsible for paying the required duties (customs) and taxes (VAT) upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carriers may not release the package without payment for duties and taxes. Please check your local customs website for more info.
MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Once the package is marked delivered, boyfriendperfume.com is not responsible for the actions that proceeds it. USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class International Mail do not include insurance for its packages - which is the standard delivery option for most products on the shop. If you wish to insure your package, please make sure that Route+ is applied at checkout. If you insured your order with Route+, please use the separate email sent by Route+ to file a claim directly with them. More information about filing a claim with Route can be found here.
