WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order at boyfriendperfume.com prior to finalizing your purchase at checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE
If you receive a defective item, we will send a replacement if contacted within 14 days from the day you received your item. Include your order # and photos of the defective item in your request. Please use our live chat during business hours, visit our contactpage, or email us directly at email@example.com.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped, you can contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. You cannot cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, regardless of shipping status. The orders are processed instantly and are fulfilled within 2 -3 business days in most cases. I'M ALLERGIC! CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once a product has been opened, we are not able to accept it as a return. We encourage all of our customers to purchase a Boyfriend Sampler first before committing to a full sized bottle.
I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM BY MISTAKE. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can email us at email@example.com with your order # and the correction and we will do our best to update it for you. We will not be able to make any changes to an order if the shipping label has already been printed.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. HOW DO I DO THAT?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or by visiting our contact page. Be sure to Include your order # and correct address.
We will not be able to make changes if a shipping label has been created, or an order has shipped. If this is the case, you will need to contact the carrier to inquire about making any adjustments to delivery.
If a wrong address is entered, Boyfriend is not responsible for packages that are shipped and delivered to the wrong address, and refunds or replacements will not be provided. Please double check all information before placing an order and again when you receive your confirmation email.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When the order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number as well as your order details. You can also sign up to receive notifications via text or Facebook Messenger when placing your order.

All payments are processed in USD at the time of checkout. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Wallet, and Klarna.

For US customers, we offer an online payment option that allows customers to pay in 4 interest-free installments over the course of 6 weeks, for orders between $35 and $2500. Your first installment payment is taken out when your order is placed (you can review the payment schedule at checkout).
If your automatic payment fails and you do not update your card details, Klarna may charge you a late fee up to $10.00 USD per installment payment. Klarna sends email reminders before an installment payment is due and you’ll also receive an email if the payment was unsuccessful.

MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Once the package is marked delivered, boyfriendperfume.com is not responsible for the actions that proceeds it. USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class International Mail do not include insurance for its packages - which is the standard delivery option for most products on the shop. If you wish to insure your package, please make sure that Route+ is applied at checkout. If you insured your order with Route+, please use the separate email sent by Route+ to file a claim directly with them. More information about filing a claim with Route can be found here.
