Happy #EarthDay! 🌍 Today we encourage you to take a step back and unwind by meditating outside. 


We worked with Dora Kamau, meditation & mindfulness teacher to walk us through a guided meditation to practice gratitude & mindfulness. Take the next couple of minutes self-care and find the goodness throughout everything 🧘‍♀️
