Womxn's History Month: Trinity Mouzon Wofford
Our next feature for Womxn’s History Month spotlights Trinity Mouzon Wofford the founder of Golde, a wellness-meets-skincare brand, and the youngest black women to launch a line at Sephora.
Trinity's entrepreneurial journey began when she learned first-hand the positive effects of holistic healthcare growing up with a mom with rheumatoid arthritis. In 2017 at the age of 25, Trinity and her fiancé, Issey Kobori, launched Golde with a clear mission to make self-care more inclusive, engaging and fun. It only took two years for Golde to land a spot on a Sephora shelf, making her the youngest Black womxn ever to achieve that!
All of Golde's wellness products including its signature turmeric tonic blend are infused with single-origin turmeric recognized for beautifying, healing, and mood-boosting properties. In 2019 Golde expanded her product line and launched face masks using superfoods as its core ingredients. It's clear that Trinity is just getting started in this booming wellness and beauty industry and we're excited to see what's next for her and Golde!
