Loved every scent in this sampler! Something for ever mood!
I love that each one found its moment with you. Some days call for cozy, some for bold, some for a little mystery. No matter the mood, I’m glad there’s a Boyfriend for it.
This smells like every other trendy fragrance right now.
I appreciate the honest feedback. Trends come and go, but the Original has always been about timeless warmth and balance. If this one didn't stand out for you, I'd love for you to meet Morning W'oud or Down Under, they each bring something completely different to the table.
For now, I've put the tester to the side to see if my feelings change because honestly, it gets amazing, glowing reviews so something is either wrong with the batch I got (i.e. too much vanilla) or it hasn't settled yet (clearly its not just me since someone else smelled the same.) I want the attraction I had, in the beginning, to come back and for the overly vanilla fragrance to back off.
Not a scent for me. I was intrigued by the description of the scent, but it definitely feels like a more masculine scent than I would wear for myself.
Thanks for giving the Original a chance. I know fragrance is deeply personal, and this one isn't for everyone. If you're still curious about the Boyfriend family, Down Under has a brighter, softer personality that might be more your style. I hope you find the one that feels like it was made just for you.
I didn’t like the perfume. I also didn’t like that the website said it was a free sample and then charged me $6.99 for shipping. Misleading at best.

I placed an order on 3/24/26. It’s now 4/13/26. Despite emailing to inquire about the delay, I’ve received no response.
If you order, prepare for a very long wait and radio silence. I’m contacting my bank after seeing numerous other posts and comments being deleted/hidden from others who never received their orders.

Is this the original boyfriend perfume? The original Boyfriend perfume was absolutely fantastic. I loved it, but then the formula was changed. Is this the newer one or can you still get the original Boyfriend perfume?
Really bizarre fragrance. Not unisex. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to wear this in 2025,. Reminds me of something maybe Elizabeth Taylor would wear.
