We all know self-care should be an important part of your routine and at times it can be easy to skip over. Take some time out of your busy schedule and self-care the Boyfriend way!
1. No better way to start off your day than starting it off peacefully. Even if it’s 5 minutes, begin your day with a meditation exercise. Setting the atmosphere is key to having a peaceful meditation session. Before you meditate, spray your bedsheets with our eau de parfum, it will leave your room smelling fresh and relaxed, thanks to it’s warm musky and amber aroma.

2. Another way to self-care is to take a long bath. Take advantage of this much needed quiet time by grabbing along a magazine or a book to read. Add some bath salts or essentials oils to your bath for extra relaxation. After your bath, apply the hand and body crème to keep your skin feeling smooth and moisturized and ready for the day.

Sometimes the best kind of stay-cation is spending the day at your favorite spa. Whether it’s with your friends or by yourself, a peaceful day at the spa coupled with a manicure is one of our favorite ways to de-stress. Use the pulse point on your cuticles to keep your mani fresh over time.
